SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Please note: Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons. During busy special occasions, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, the estimated delivery time may be extended by a few days.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  1. The above time frames apply to orders shipped using standard shipping methods. Orders from territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take an additional 7–10 days.
  2. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time frame, some items may require longer processing or delivery times.
  3. For international orders, additional time may be required for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs processes and apologize for any delays resulting from them.
  4. Free shipping promotions may not apply to certain orders or regions.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

If you request the final-mile carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
